That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to consolidate, with amendments, enactments relating to mines and quarries.

Is there any estimate of what it will cost to administer?
Very little, I should imagine, since it is a continuation of the kind of services we supply, except that the Bill provides for an advisory council and it may cost something extra to pay its expenses.
