asked the Minister for Local Government if Kildare County Council, as successors to the former County Board of Health, are obliged to honour an agreement reached and signed on 3rd October 1894 between the Board and the Grand Canal Company which provides that the Board shall from time to time during the tenancy repair and keep in good repair and condition the path over which the right of way to Mr. Masterson's vested cottage at Waterstown, Sallins was granted.
