Private Business. - Huguenot Cemetery Dublin (Peter Street) Bill, 1965: Motion for Joint Committee.

Seanad Éireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Éireann is desired:—

That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Huguenot Cemetery Dublin (Peter Street) Bill, 1965, being a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the closing of the burial ground for French Protestants, commonly called the Huguenot Cemetery, situate at Peter Street in the parish of St. Peter and City of Dublin, to provide for the vesting of the said cemetery in W. and R. Jacob & Co., Limited, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.

I move:

That Dáil Éireann concurs with Seanad Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Dáil Éireann on the 3rd day of March, 1965, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Huguenot Cemetery Dublin (Peter Street) Bill, 1965.
