asked the Minister for Local Government if he will give the number of cottage sites and the name of each site submitted to him for approval by Tipperary South Riding County Council to date; and when approval will be given for these sites.

The only proposal at present before me is the Tipperary South Riding Compulsory Purchase (Labourers Acts) No. 1 Order, 1965, which was received in my Department on 8th February, 1965. The Order provides for the acquisition of sites for 18 cottages. A copy of the Schedule to this Order, giving particulars of the sites proposed to be acquired, is being forwarded to the Deputy.
No objections have been received to this Order and the sites included in it are at present in course of inspection. My decision in the matter will be conveyed to the county council as quickly as possible.
