asked the Minister for Lands if he will state in respect of Kenure Park, Rush, County Dublin (a) the area of each allotment, (b) the date on which allottees were notified of their allotment, (c) the area allotted to the local authority and date of notification, and (d) the date of receipt of representations made by (i) the secretary of the local authority and (ii) members of the local authority in writing or otherwise.

Following are the replies to the various parts of the question:—
(a) In all, there are 53 approved allotments ranging from la. Or. 30p. to 6a. 3r. 7p., the average area being 3a. Or. 18p.
(b) 14th and 15th April, 1965.
(c) A definitive allotment has not yet been made to the local authority. This aspect is under consideration and it is expected that an area of 34 acres, or most of it, will be available for offer to them.
(d) (i) 26th May, 1964 and subsequent dates;
(ii) 24th September, 1964 and subsequently.
