asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is aware that dairy farmers are being advised that the cooling of milk to a certain minimum temperature immediately after milking is absolutely essential if such milk is to pass the methylene blue test; and that the majority of dairy farmers, especially the smaller farmers, have no milk cooling facilities; and, if so, if he will consider the introduction of a more attractive incentive than the penny per gallon bonus.
