The area of land attached to Dún Uí Mhurchadha, Ballincollig, excluding buildings and portions let on long lease, is approximately 328 acres. The future use of the property is under consideration and when a decision has been reached, I will communicate with the Deputy as to the possibility of portion of the land being made available for housing purposes.
