It has been ascertained from the Dublin Health Authority that there were no prosecutions but that in one case civil proceedings for recovery were taken in respect of home assistance obtained in September-October, 1963 and in September-October, 1964. The total amount involved in the case was £21 of which £9 was in respect of the latter period.
