I am informed by the Electricity Supply Board that the only part of Clonsilla Road, Blanchardstown, County Dublin, which might be affected by the difficulties mentioned by the Deputy is a new housing scheme. A new substation, which should be put into operation within the next week, is being provided for this scheme.
