Look at the history of this project. It was first thought of in 1944, when there was a war on. It was put in in 1954, when there was a Coalition Government——
And in 1965 there is a Fianna Fáil Government.
It came back in its true form about a year ago, and since then headway is being made. Between now and its completion will not be anything like the years that have elapsed since its proposal.
