Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition and Division of Lands.

26.

asked the Minister for Lands what lands are (i) acquired and (ii) about to be acquired in the Emly area, County Tipperary; and when it is proposed to divide the lands already in the hands of the Land Commission.

I am informed that the Land Commission have no lands on hands at present in the Emly area of County Tipperary nor are there any proceedings in progress for the acquisition of lands in the area.

asked the Minister for Lands when it is proposed to divide the Cleary Estate, Lagganstown, County Tipperary.

asked the Minister for Lands when it is proposed to divide the Headboro Estate, County Waterford.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 27 and 28 together.

Pending completion of the necessary inquiries on the ground it is not possible to forecast just now when schemes for the division of these estates which contain 93 and 290 acres respectively will be formulated.
