andMr. Kyne asked the Minister for Health if, in view of his statement to Seanad Éireann that the total cost of the health services falling on the local rates for the next financial year will not exceed the cost in the present financial year, he will state from what source he proposes to finance any improvement in the health services; and if he will give an assurance that no deterioration in the present health services will be permitted to result from an effort to keep down the local rates in this matter.
