My inquiries reveal that problems arise mainly in relation to student nurses in general hospitals. I have, therefore, put certain suggestions before An Bord Altranais, which has special functions in relation to such nurses, and have invited their views. I expect to receive these views shortly and shall then decide the further steps I shall take regarding such nurses and nurses generally.
