asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that, where an urban boundary is being extended, and where the extension divides a farmer's holding in such a way that he has less than £20 land valuation in the county council area, the farmer is debarred from qualifying for £17 rate abatement in respect of each qualified employee, and if he will introduce legislation permitting county councils to include land valuation in urban and county areas of a landowner for the purpose of rate abatement.
