Examination of the original plan for this structure, submitted in April last year, involved consultations with the county engineer on the traffic considerations involved and a reference back to the consultant for revisions based on these considerations. There was no undue delay in dealing with the revised outline plan which was received in my Department last November and approved on the 18th February.
