I understand that Dublin County Council recently made a formal request to Dublin Corporation to make land available to them for housing in the Ballymun area, and that, while the corporation is agreeable to give such land, they are at present examining the possibility of having it incorporated in the Ballymun development as a whole. When they are satisfied on this point they will communicate further with the county council. It is not possible at this stage to indicate the extent of any scheme which may be carried out.
