Notes: (1) The amounts shown in the Table, which are based on returns prepared by Health Authorities in November 1965, are partly estimated in respect of the year 1965-66, and in respect of 1964-65 are subject to any amendment that may result from audit.
(2)Issues of grant in each financial year are calculated to amount to 95% of the grant for that year, a further instalment to bring these issues up to 99.5% is issued in the following year and the final balance of grant is paid after audit of the Health Authority accounts. The total amounts paid or payable in the years 1964-65 and 1965-66 are:—
