Vol. 221 No. 7

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 5—Votes 48 and 49—7, 3, 6— Vote 48. Nos. 3 and 6—Vote 48— will be taken in conjunction with No. 5. It is proposed to interrupt business at 6 o'clock to take No. 7 and when completed, to resume the order.

On the order of Business, I gave notice last week, Sir, of my intention to raise the question of the seating accommodation for members of the Garda Síochána in the Public Gallery. I had a communication from you, Sir, disallowing the question. Is this normal practice?

It is normal practice. The question was before me whether it was in order or not and I acted.
