(1) Debt Service is taken as including expenses of management of Government Stocks, contributions to loan charges of local authorities, Exchequer contributions to servicing of Land Bonds, telephone capital and rural electrification repayments.
(2) Agriculture is taken as including agricultural grants, rural improvement schemes (Vote 9) and part of the provision for Roinn na Gaeltachta.
(3) Superannuation is taken as including Army, Military Service and Garda Pensions.
