asked the Minister for Health if he has received any proposals from Kerry County Council regarding the making of a contribution to the cost of a new home for mentally retarded children at Whitefield, Beaufort, County Kerry; and if, in view of the great need for this new home in the area, he will approve the Council's proposals to contribute to the capital and other expenses, of this project.
