Is it true to state that we do not own the building at all as——

This is a separate question.

I did not catch what the Deputy said.

Is it true that we do not seem to own the building at all as we are paying ground rents all over the place?

These are separate properties acquired years ago to extend the building and these are ordinary ground rents.

How long has the lease to run?

That is a separate question.

If there is ground rent to be paid——

The question merely refers to the ground rent being paid.

It is not the only place in O'Connell Street subject to ground rents. Most of those were acquired in the last century.
