Plans for this scheme were finally approved by me on the 21st of last month. I am not in a position, at this stage, to say when work on the scheme is likely to be commenced.
Is it likely that the work will commence this year?
The question of when the work will commence naturally will have to await the further submission of the documents required.

I presume the Deputy understood when I said plans for the scheme were finally approved. Plans only, as of now, have been approved.
