I understand that the delay in completing the scheme of improvements at Urbleshanny has been due among other things, to the fact that the work was not commenced as soon as it might have been after the placing of the contract. As a consequence it was found necessary to extend the contract period.
It is expected that the scheme will be completed within a period of from three to four weeks.
