Funds by way of land bonds and cash for financing the land acquisition programme are not allocated on a county or constituency basis but are made available according as lands are taken over by the land Commission.
The total purchase moneys of properties acquired or purchased by the Land Commission in Counties Sligo and Leitrim during the year ended 31st March, 1966 are as follows:
Co. Sligo—£52,526 in land bonds and £3,670 in cash.
Co. Leitrim—£12,486 in land bonds.
