Louth County Council have indicated to my Department that they are prepared to meet the cost of certain alterations which they wish to be made in the design of the Castlebellingham group water scheme provided a loan can be made available. The cost involved has not been assessed nor has a formal application for approval to a loan been submitted to the Department.
