Kilconnell (Woodlawn) dispensary district is at present served by a temporary district medical officer.
The doctor resides outside the dispensary district but the health authority state that he is providing a satisfactory service for eligible persons and the Authority were unable to obtain the services of a district medical officer who would reside within the district.
Permanent posts of district medical officer are not being filled generally at present in view of the proposed general medical service with choice of doctor.
