I move:—
That a sum not exceeding £56,864 be granted to make good an Excess on the Grant for Houses of the Oireachtas for the year ended 31st March, 1965.

Perhaps the Minister would have the kindness to give us some explanation of this excess.
There is an excess of £51,252 for Salaries and Allowances of Members; of £12,638 for Salaries and Allowances of Senators and £4,395 for Post Office Services. Savings on other subheads reduced the excess to £56,864.
The same problem arose, that there was not time for a Supplementary Estimate?
