Other than the determination of the rate of interest chargeable from the date of issue on each advance made to Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta, I have not made any determination under section 5 (2) of the Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Act, 1963. The other matters falling to be determined under the section have, however, been receiving due consideration.
