asked the Minister for Local Government the date upon which he received from Dublin Corporation for confirmation a compulsory purchase order for the acquisition of land for road and redevelopment purposes at the junction of Lower Dodder Road, Dodder Park Road and Rathfarnham Road, Dublin; and when confirmation will be given in view of the urgent need to provide a safe junction at, and to remove unsightly ruins from, the location.

The order to which the Deputy refers was submitted by the corporation on 16th December, 1966, for confirmation. As objections to the order were received it is necessary that a public local inquiry be held. Arrangements are being made to have the inquiry held on 5th April, 1967.
