I understand from Dún Laoghaire Corporation that their scheme of 26 houses at Newtownpark will be completed shortly and that contract documents are being prepared for a scheme of 120 dwellings at Mounttown. I am not in a position, as yet, to say when work will be commenced on this scheme.

Work was started by the council last February on schemes of 110 houses and eighty flats at Cabinteely, and of 16 flats at Stillorgan. I understand that plans are being prepared by the council for a scheme of 28 flats at Dundrum on which they hope to have work started later this year.
