I understand from Killarney Urban District Council that 33 of these applications were received from persons in the county health district, and 24 from single persons.

asked the Minister for Local Government whether he has received a compulsory purchase order for confirmation from Killarney Urban District Council in respect of a proposal to acquire land within their district for housing; and, if so, if he will state the present position in relation to such proposal.
Killarney Urban District Council have not submitted any such compulsory purchase order to me.
