The Government accept the proposals contained in the Council of Europe recommendation to which the Deputy refers. As the Deputy is aware, this country has not yet got a nuclear electricity generating station and it is not, therefore, called on at present to take any action on the recommendation.
With the youngest Cabinet in Europe, they should be moving in that direction.
