asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will make immediate arrangements to provide a much-needed improvement in the telephone service in the Cabra area of Dublin; and if, having regard to the thousands of residents concerned, he will arrange for the installation of at least 12 additional telephone kiosks in the Dublin Corporation housing estates at Cabra East and West.

I am not aware that the service in the area is unsatisfactory but if the Deputy will furnish particulars of any difficulties being encountered I will have the matter examined.
A recent examination of the receipts from the existing kiosks in the area does not indicate any need for additional installations at present.
