asked the Minister for Local Government if, in view of the fact that the terms of a lease for the use of lands by the Janesboro Sporting and Athletic Club were agreed between Limerick Corporation and the club some time ago and that the lease was forwarded to his Department in 1966 for completion, he will state when this lease will be completed and returned to the Corporation.

The lease in question has been returned to Limerick Corporation duly endorsed. Delay in finalising the transaction was due mainly to local difficulties in connection with the financing of the development envisaged by the club.
