I would refer the Deputy to section 23 of the Transport Act, 1950. I understand that Dublin Corporation are in consultation with CIE regarding the proposals for the temporary closure of the Grand Canal.
Does that mean that CIE are the owners?
I think they are. As far as I know, they are.
