The stock receipts in question are Bank of Ireland forms and there is no statutory or other authority governing the wording of them. I have suggested that they be amended to bring them into line with current usage.
They will be amended? Does the Minister know what will be the nature of the amendment?
I think the appropriate title would be the National Debt of Ireland and the Government of Ireland.
