I understand that there is only one person in Incheere and two others in the nearby Coolnoohill area whose unemployment forms require certification, and that these persons must, in any case, travel to Kilgarvan to present the forms at the Post Office there.
In these circumstances, and in view of the many other calls on the services of the Garda Síochána, it would not be feasible to send a Garda specially to the area each week to certify, at most, three forms.
