I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a previous Question about this estate on 23rd November last. Proceedings for the acquisition of an area of 88 acres have reached the stage where an appeal against the price fixed by the Land Commission is pending for disposal. Until such time as the proceedings are completed, it is not feasible to indicate when a scheme of division can be formulated for this area.
