I would refer the Deputy to the provisions of sections 39 and 44 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907, as amended.
Action in regard to nuisance committed in public places would be a matter for the Garda Síochána but I have no information to support the Deputy's suggestion in the latter part of his question.
