Under the authority of the Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, members of the Force are assigned to the duty of driving official vehicles including ministerial State cars. Matters incidental to the driving and control of official vehicles are dealt with by internal regulations which are made by the Commissioner and are regarded as confidential.
Are Fianna Fáil workers entitled to drive ministerial cars at any time?
I assume that Ministers are Fianna Fáil workers.
I thought they had their drivers.
