I am not as yet in a position to indicate my decision on this Order. Before making a decision it will be necessary for me to consider fully the objections to the Order, the evidence given at the public inquiry which opened on 25th September and concluded on 5th November, 1968, and the report of my inspector by whom the inquiry was held. In view of the duration of the inquiry and the complex issues involved in the proposed acquisition, some time must elapse before this examination is completed.
