Order of Business.
I told the Minister for Finance I would ask him today whether he proposed to introduce a separate Finance (Miscellaneous) Provisions Bill as was intended last time, or whether he proposes to leave it over.
I think the circumstances have made it more convenient now to have all these provisions in this year's Bill.
Will the Minister tell us whether he is going to have the Budget on which that Bill will be framed before or after this House will rise for the Easter recess? The House will certainly rise not later than 28th March.
The Deputy can be assured the usual courtesies will be observed.
The usual thing is to announce, when there is an early Easter like this, whether it will be before or after Easter. I shall ask him next week, if he would rather have that much notice to think about it.
