Vol. 239 No. 2

Ceisteanna — Questions. Oral Answers. - Executives of Semi-State Bodies.

16.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if he will give details of the names and addresses of and salaries paid to general managers and chief executives, who may or may not be on the board of directors, in each of the semi-State companies for which he is responsible, and if he will give details of outside directorships held by these people.

The reply is in the form of a tabular statement which, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to circulate with the Official Report.

The statement does not include details concerning the chief executives of An Foras Talúntais and the National Dairy Publicity Council in relation to whose salaries I have no function.

The Minister for Transport and Power told me in reply to a similar question that he did not have such information available to him. The Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries has. Is this not so?

The question was to me, Deputy.

I tried to get at the Minister for Transport and Power. I wonder why he had not the same information available to him.

That will be another day's work.

The Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries says he can give it; the Minister for Transport and Power says he cannot give it.
