I am informed by the ESB that in south and south-west Wicklow the following of the board's rural areas have not yet been completed under the rural electrification post development scheme—Knockananna, Kilaveney, Stratford, Tomacork, Gormanstown and Johnstown. Work has been partly completed in Knockananna and it is hoped to complete work in all the above areas by 1973.
In north and north-east Wicklow rural development has been substantially completed. Applicants for connection now generally receive supply within six to nine months.
