I move:
That a sum not exceeding £19,500 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1970, for the salaries and expenses of the Office of the Secretary to the President, and for certain other expenses of the President's Establishment, including a grant-in-aid.

Is there not a group of those which come together?
Yes. They are my group of Estimates.
Is it not the usual practice for the Minister to introduce them, not merely move them?
This one is a Finance one.
Do we not usually introduce No. 6 for discussion and all the other Estimates follow on this?
I do not mind. I thought it would be better to go through them one by one on account of all the young Deputies. We can go through them seriatim.
I suppose they would be suitably impressed.
