As I said in reply to a similar question on 4th February last, Radio Telefís Éireann hoped to have a transposer station in operation before the end of this year which would serve a number of areas in Mayo including Foxford. I now understand that because of unforeseen difficulties the station is unlikely to be fully operational before the spring of 1970. The authority hope, however, to have a limited service available before the end of this year.
