If I may assume that the question refers to the four Dublin Colleges of Technology, the position is that these colleges are and have always been controlled and managed by the city of Dublin Vocational Education Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Vocational Education Act, 1930. There is no basis for any suggestion that the colleges are not governed in a representative and democratic manner.
