The urban district councils of Clonakilty, Cobh, Fermoy, Kinsale, Mallow and Midleton indicated in response to a circular letter issued by my Department in September, 1968, that they did not operate supplementary grant schemes. Particulars of schemes operated by the other urban district councils in County Cork are set out in Appendix VI of the White Paper "Housing in the Seventies".
