I am informed by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance that work is proceeding on the preparation of working drawings for the new Garda station at Ballymun. Following completion of the drawings and preparation of bills of quantities, tenders for the new station will be invited. I am not in a position at this stage to say when the new station will be opened. The locality continues to be policed from Santry Garda Station.
