The names and addresses of licensed moneylenders may be obtained by any person on application to the Office of the Revenue Commissioners, Dublin Castle. I understand that the Commissioners would charge a fee to cover the cost of extracting the particulars from the relevant records, the precise amount of the fee depending on the work involved on the particular occasion.
